Onalaska's
Public Libary first opened its doors on April 15,
2002. Since then the Library has been active in
expanding its book collection (over 8,000) for all
our citizens, from children to seniors. Participating
in the summer reading programs, listening during
"story hour", or even attending genealogy
classes are just naming a few of the activities
that the library provides.
The library is located in the Onalaska
City Hall on FM 356 South immediately past the Onalaska
Elementary School. The hours of operation are 9am
to 6pm on week days (except for Wednesday) and on
Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Closed on Sunday.

The new Onalaska Public Library Project is taking Donations. Plaques will be engraved and mounted on the Wall of Honor in the future new library building, but in the meantime our donors will have a place of honor here on the Internet. We are seeking $3,000 for the cost of the land.
This project is sponsored by 'The Friends of the Onalaska Library'.
